Hixson Homes

The Hixson Homes make up the first neighborhood that Ralph Haver built in Phoenix. It was created in 1946 and was an experimental subdivision for contemporary ranch homes after World War II. Although there are only a few confirmed Haver homes in the neighborhood, many are suspected to be Haver’s work. The development also contains the original Haver family home, showcasing a slightly different style than is typically seen throughout the rest of Phoenix.
