Janet Manor, the second division of the Town and Country neighborhoods, boasts well-maintained Haver homes that showcase many of the features that were original to each individual property. The neighborhood displays low sloping rooflines, clinker brick wainscoting and patio ports— all stylistically representative of Haver’s original style. The homes in this neighborhood originally sold for around $15 – $19k. Today, the average selling price ranges from about $300 – $400k.
