Biography

 

Daniel, co-founder and managing partner of the Myriad Real Estate Group, specializes in helping clients to quickly sell their current properties, as well as buy their dream homes. His hands-on approach to real estate helps to guide his clients through the many decisions in the buying/selling process, lending to a painless and truly customized experience unlike any other.

As an agent with more than eight years in the Phoenix area, Daniel works to educate his clients on real estate developments and trends, ensuring first and foremost that they receive the best value possible in an ever-changing market. He’s a valley expert in neighborhood and housing analysis, allowing him to recognize current market trends and establish fair property values.

Daniel graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management. With a passion for teaching, he has coached and trained a number of realtors throughout his career, helping to arm new agents with the tools they need to better serve their clients.

An Arizona native, Daniel is extremely familiar with Phoenix and its surrounding areas. A huge fan of mid-century “Haverhoods”, Daniel recently purchased his very own Haver Home in Town and Country Paradise near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. He enjoys researching trends in modern architecture, exploring new places in the Phoenix area and reading everything he can get his hands on about Ralph Haver.
