Although a number of original Haver homes have been torn down in this neighborhood, there are still many of Haver’s houses that remain intact. The development features low sloping rooflines and a noticeable blend of ranch-style details typical of the time period from which it was built. Along with doublewide carports and patio-port entries, this Haverhood still showcases many of the original design details that Ralph Haver was widely known for. Upon completion, these homes sold with a starting price of around $13k. Today, you’ll see homes in the neighborhood ranging in price from $400 – $450k.
